  Reminder: Fitness equipment requires regular maintenance and it is imperative that you adhere to the prevenative maintenance guide to insure that your warranty is not voided. Please keep records of required maintenance.

Observation: We have learned through our experience that some warranty claims are in actuality vandalism or due to exposed and unprotected nature of some fitness rooms. Please understand that if vandalism and/or lack of maintenance are the cause, a warranty is considered null and void and you should expect to be billed for the repair.
